Welcome to Fingerprint Pottery
Fingerprint Pottery is a wholesale Pottery Manufacturer. We were established in 2005 . It is owned by Jim Hough and Terry Owen. We do not sell to the public. However, we have dealers located throughout most of the southeastern United States. Mississippi is our home state and where most of our pottery is found. At the bottom of the page you will find link to Dealers and hopefully one near you.
Our pottery is made of stoneware clay using High Fire clays and glazes and is very durable. All our pottery is oven safe, microwavable, and dishwasher safe.

High Cotton Half and Half Glaze
We offer a special glaze design on several of our pieces of Pottery. It is not offered on all pieces. It is our High Cotton Glaze on the top half and raw pottery on the bottom half. If the piece is available for this deign it will be offered when selecting the glaze option.
The Doily Design
The Doily Design is our most popular design and has been for years. It has rows of fingerprints on the edges and has assorted doily patterns covering the bottom. We do not recommend using this pattern for cook ware. It is very hard to clean properly. This should be for decorative uses only. The glaze color in this picture is Kiwi.
The Fingerprint Design
This design has the entire piece covered in fingerprints. the entire bottom is covered.in our personal. Fingerprints. All of our pottery is hand made. We use no slip only high fire clays. The glaze color in this picture is Ivory Linen.
The Plain Design
This design always has a smooth bottom and usually two to three rows of fingerprints around the top. In some pieces it will have fingerprints all the way to edge of the bottom because of structural integrity. We recommend this design for all pieces that a person intends to cook in, like casserole dishes or pie plates. Doily pieces are very hard to get clean if cooked in. The glaze color in this picture is Kiwi.
The Artisan Design
This design is a special design in that is has no fingerprint found on it. It is has a smooth surface with a touch of Doily pattern found in the corner. This was designed for those who wish to have no fingerprints. It is not offered on every piece but it is available on many of our items. The glaze color in this picture is left River Rock and right is Ivory Linen.
Signature Mugs
Signature Mugs are coffee mugs with your store logo on them. We have a set up fee and you can select your style or shape, handle and color of glaze.
